Francis currently lives in Guelph, Ontario where he founded the company. Francis was born and raised in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia where he played high level and competitive hockey until he was 18. Francis was raised in a household with many QMJHL players living as billets. This is how he learned the life of a junior hockey player first hand. This eventually evolved into Francis’ constant involvement in hockey. During Francis' Sports Management studies at Vancouver Island University, he went on to work in Cape Breton on a work placement with the Cape Breton Screaming Eagles in various supporting roles. Following his final year at University, he moved to Toronto to work with Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment.
A large emphasis of Francis’ work is to evaluate talent at various events and tournaments while providing unmatched support for his clients and their families. Over the past few years Francis has represented and negotiated for some of the top NHL prospects in both the Ontario Hockey League and Quebec Major Junior Hockey League. He is regularly in attendance in rinks across Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic Canada. His hard work, friendly nature, and dedication to the success of his clients is second to none.
